FIRST® LEGO® League introduces children to real-world engineering, science and technology challenges by building LEGO®-based robots and developing research projects. Guided by their imaginations and adult volunteer coaches, children develop valuable life skills while creating innovative solutions to problems using engineering concepts and robotics. Register today to be a part of this exciting LEGO® competition:
  • Design, build and program robots
  • Complete missions on a thematic playing surface Research challenges facing today’s scientists
  • Work as a group to overcome obstacles and meet challenges Learn from and interact with adult coaches and mentors
  • Learn critical thinking, team-building and presentation skills Participate in tournaments and celebrations

FIRST® LEGO® League is open to kids ages 9-14. Teams meet twice a week from September - December. Register through Minnetonka Community Education's website by September 24.
