The mission of the Minnetonka Staff Development is to ensure success for all students by offering opportunities for staff to acquire or enhance the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and beliefs necessary to create a world-class organization dedicated to child-centered excellence. All Staff Development will support consistent application of effective research-based designs, structures and evaluation, and will facilitate collaboration through integrity in all relationships.
