All participants in Minnetonka High School District 276 athletic/enrichment/club activities must be fully registered prior to the start of their activity by doing the following:
1. MSHSL Eligibility Forms:
- Each school year, the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) and Minnetonka High School (MHS) require all students and their parents/guardians to read and sign the MSHSL/MHS Extra Curricular Activities Eligibility Statement Form for both Athletics and/or Enrichments and Clubs prior to the start of the first activity they participate in.
- Follow the 2011-2012 registration process by clicking on the links below for athletics or enrichment/club activities. If the enrichment club you want to join is not a competitive/performance enrichment, then you will not be required to pay fees or fill out forms for the Activities office at this time. However, there may be fees and forms required by your advisor.
2. Activity Participation Registration Fees:
- Annual $75 Participation Fee Each school year, any student participating in MSHSL sanctioned sports and/or competitive/performance enrichments or clubs must pay the annual participation fee. However, those enrichment/clubs that are not required to pay this fee may have club supply fees required by the advisor.
- Activity Fee The activity fee is specific to each sport or enrichment/club, and is approved each year by the Minnetonka School Board. All MSHSL sanctioned sports require an activity fee. However, not all enrichment/clubs require an activity fee.
