Building a positive school culture at MHS

Welcome to the Get Connected Program!  This program was developed in 2005 by principals, staff, parents, and students to create a positive climate at MHS to nurture students and improve connections between students, students/staff, and the parents to MHS.  Our culture and climate goals are:

• Insuring that all students are known and belong – reducing anonymity
• Building student character and class unity
• Nurturing and building supportive staff/student relationships
• Empowering students to lead and serve
• Engaging parents to be involved in MHS and with students
• Encouraging students to leave a positive legacy at MHS

Get Connected activities occur throughout the year for students at all grade levels.  They are promoted in school and through a variety of parent communications. Encourage your child to attend these important events!
