Open Enrollment Applications
The Minnetonka School District welcomes non-resident students through Minnesota’s Open Enrollment Program. We are still accepting applications for the 2012-2013 school year on a space available basis.
The State's application deadline for open enrollment is January 15 of each year. Applications are available in November. Families may sign up to join the mailing list for Open Enrollment one year prior to the application deadline.
Students who wish to enroll after January 15 may be accepted on a space available basis.
Once a student is accepted as an Open Enrollment student, the student has the right to continue to attend Minnetonka Schools through graduation, as long as the student maintains continuous enrollment.
Transportation is only provided with the Minnetonka School District boundaries. Open enrollment students may access in-district transportation at an existing bus stop within the District. Register through the Transportation Office.
